It is recommended that authors prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the Author Guidelines prior to submission.

Evaluation and Publication Procedures

The following steps make up the entire double-blind refereeing procedure that is employed.

• The paper is sent to two reviewers. Whether an article is accepted, accepted with modifications, accepted with revisions, or rejected depends on the reviewers’ suggestions.
• To guarantee that the quality of the amended paper is acceptable, the same reviewers will be employed for papers that need to be changed.
• The author(s) will receive notification to pay the author fee if the manuscript is accepted by the reviewers.
• Following payment, you will receive an acceptance letter.
• Writer/Correspondent Information regarding the potential publication date will be sent to the author.
• The author or corresponding author will receive one print copy of each article in the published journal. The evaluation procedure takes two weeks at most.

The authors of works published in IJSTAR maintain copyrights, with the journal granted first publishing rights. Any further uses of the work are not the responsibility of the journal or publisher. If the author wants to file a claim for infringement, it is their obligation to do so.

Publication Fee

If the paper is accepted for publication, author(s) will be asked to pay 80 USD (for Authors outside India) or 3,000 INR (for Authors inside India) as article publication fee in order to defray the operating costs. Waiver policy is not applicable. The payment method will be notified by the editor after the acceptance of the paper. Author(s) will be entitled to soft copy of the journal certificate with no additional charge. Authors can also get hard copies of the printed certificate by paying 40 USD or 1500 INR for each authors individually.
